Concept Class: The Heckler
It'll be a true tank. Its main purpose is to use shouts and attacks/spells that constantly call attention to it, but in an annoying or offensive way.
Attributes:
Primary- Decibility: With each point into this skill, your shouts will increase in volume and their earshot range will also increase (in the case of a H/W combination, or H/P)
Sub-
Annoyance- Increases likelihood of any annoying taunts or shouts to draw full attention to the heckler. Certain shouts can cause negative conditions or even damage due to how loud they are.
Intelligence- Though the Heckler needs to distract the enemy, some enemies will not be inherently affected by their skills. Intelligence skills make the Heckler think about what will most likely rile the enemy's aggressive nature.
Consideration- While the heckler will be completely and utterly rude while attracting attention, he or she will want to consider their team's feelings and mood before using skills. With each point into consideration, the Heckler will be less likely to dissuade their team from wanting to attack the aggressors. Certain taunts will negatively affect your team unless a certain rank in Consideration is met. Also, a higher than required Consideration rank will decrease how harsh these negative taunts are. Some taunts and shouts will anger your team regardless. Consideration greatly lessens how much so they are angered.
Armor- The armor will look very flash, and will easily draw attention. It will also be sturdy since the Heckler will have almost no inherent attack capability. This armor will be around as hefty as a Warrior's or possibly heavier (depending how little attack capability they are given). AL- 70-90, somewhere in that range.
Insignia's and runes: Damage reduction, volume increasers, energy increasers, health increasers, basic set of status increasers. Similar to caster's. Gives energy regen. +1, AL+ x Vs *name*.
Weapon- Their weapons would be devices that could amplify their nose, or specifically target only allies or enemies. The one handed weapons would be similar to the function of a microphone, and they would have access to a shield. Their two handed weapons would utilise the power of sound waves to carry out their effects.
Damage: Min- 1-6, Max- 10-18 (1h), Min- 1-12, Max- 15-30 (2h)
Attack Range: Standard Melee, sound wave weapons will have the range of a wand or staff.
Attack Arc: Low brow, about a 30 degree angle arc.
Attack Interval: 2 seconds for the sound wave weapons,
Shield: Armor- Up to 10, max HP increase: 40
Skills- The Heckler will unlock skills in the standard manner. However, only specific end-game quests will allow the use of special taunts, shouts, or intelligent maneuvers.
Example Skill- "That all you got?!": 5 En, 3/4s Cast, 20s Recharge : Call out target foe. If that foe was attacking or using an attack based skill, that foe is interrupted by (50-90% chance) and their attention is called to you. Interrupted skill from target foe only suffers three-quarters recharge time. If any ally/allies is/are adjacent to you, that ally/those allies has/have a (50-0%) chance to become interrupted as well. Attribute: Annoyance.
Metagame- The Heckler will usually lead the pack in order to draw the attention of all enemies to him or herself and keep it there. This will lead to easier setups of skills like Spiteful Spirit, or high damage AoE nukes.
